Yamaha Custom Xeno Trumpet YTR8335RSII
This model adopts a unique "reverse-style" design with staggered main pipe valve slides, creating a smooth response. A heavy mouthpiece receiver and removal of the third valve water key results in a superb balance of playability and tonal quality. The YTR8335RSII features the improved features that include the new bell design, reverse tuning slide, improved water key, and thinner casing and pistons. This model allows musicians to produce a firm sound in all dynamic ranges, from delicate pianissimo to powerful fortissimo.
Reverse tuning slide
The YTR8335RS achieves smooth resistance and airflow that only a reverse tuning slide design can offer, for easy, comfortable playability and harmonically rich tone.
New bell design
A new ball design contributes to optimum resistance for a powerful tonal core. The new design also enhances playabilities in the upper register.
Thinner Valve casing and pistons, modified angle of branch tube (Knuckle)
Thinner valve casing and pistons, as well as the modified angle of the branch tube (knuckle), result in improved response and provide the performer with an ideal blowing resistance.
The button on 1st slide
The button on the 1st slide is to fine-tune blowing resistance for better control.
Improved Water Key
The height of the main slide water key gutter had been increased for optimum resistance, and the ends of the water key springs have been curled for improved response.
Case
TRC-801E double case that can be carried in your hand, over your shoulder, or like a backpack.
