In light of the unprecedented global events surrounding COVID-19 (“coronavirus”), St. John’s Music would like to assure everyone that our primary objectives are to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees, while continuing to provide a high level of service to the music community.
We continue to closely monitor the situation as it unfolds and are making real-time adjustments to our robust business continuity plan as needed to ensure customers are not greatly affected by this event. At the moment, our stores reduced hours to facilitate emails/phone calls to a 5 day work week (Tuesday – Saturday) and school visits have been suspended. However, we can still facilitate online orders,rental inquiries, and assist with any questions regarding musical instruments via the phone or email.
We all can get through this together during this unique time in history by doing the following:
- Do not share mouthpieces, harmonicas, reeds or other ‘mouth’ instruments
- Keep the communication going – we’re all in this together and we’re here to help
- Follow the guidance from major public health organizations such as Public Health Agency of Canada and the World Health Organization
- Continue Playing – The Music Will See Us Through This
