Venture Series heads and cabs deliver the modern style and features sought by contemporary bassists. Powerful yet portable and lightweight yet roadworthy, the series comprises the Venture V12, V7, and V3 heads and the Venture VB-112, VB-115, Vb-210, VB-212, VB-410, and VB-88 cabs. With their easy-to-use and intuitive controls, Venture Series heads offer an extensive array of tone-shaping tools that include 3-band EQ with sweepable mids, Ultra Hi and 3-way circuit with SVT/B15 voicings. Venture Series cabs are available in the most popular configurations and come loaded with custom-voiced Lavoce neodymium woofers and high-frequency drivers.

The front-ported Venurre VB-112 bass cabinet handles 250 watts RMS/500 watts Program power yet weighs less than 26 pounds. Ruggedly constructed and covered in durable carbon fiber-style Tolex, this stylish cabinet is loaded with a custom-voiced 12" Lavoce neodymium woofer and a variable high-frequency driver. Use as a small-format single cabinet or combined with a second VB-112. Add an optional Venture padded cover for increased protection.

Powerful EQ Section: Tone-shaping tools include a 3-Band EQ section with Sweepable Mid Circuit and Ultra Hi and 3-way Ultra Lo switches.

SGT Overdrive Section: Switches between tube-like Ampeg SVT or legendary B15 tone while also controlling the "grit" and overall level.

Balanced XLR Line Out: Send your tailored sound to a front-of-house or recording console, pre- or post- EQ. Ground Lift and 0/-20dB switch included.

Effects Loop with Mix Control (V7 & V12 only): Insert external effects. Venture V7 and V12 also include a Mix control to adjust the balance of the effect and dry signal levels.

Compression (V12, V7): Compression evens out the dynamics of your performance and increases sustain. Use the Compression control to adjust the threshold or point at which compression is applied.

Additional Controls: Mute: Silences the output to the speakers and Line Out. Mute can be accessed remotely via the optional Ampeg AFS2 Footswitch. the SGT On/Off switch is disabled when a footswitch is connected to the Switch jack.

Additional I/O: Use the 3.5 mm Aux input to connect external audio devices, enabling you to play along with your music. The Phones output provides a silent practice option.

Class D Power: The Class-D power amp results in a lighter power section because no heavy transformers, power supplies, or heat sinks are required.

Variable High-Frequency Attenuator: Adjusts the high-frequency level coming from the horn.
