Returns Policy
You may exchange or return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by stjohnsmusic.com within 30 days, with the original receipt. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit our Store Locations online and contact the retail location nearest you, and our friendly professional associates will be happy to arrange the exchange/return with you.
Refunds:
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the shipping company. In many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we have received it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We find that with our eight locations across Canada there are many times that returns can be processed immediately if you are able to visit us in person.
Items that are not returnable:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Items purchased from sellers other than stjohnsmusic.com
- Any Reeds that have been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a replacement will still be granted)
- Any Mouth piece may not be returned due to health regulations. (If the item was shipped to you as a result of our error a refund will still be granted)
