Why can't I add items to my cart?
The St. John's Music website uses cookie technology to track the contents of your cart while you browse our catalog. If your browser is set to block cookies from sites like ours, you will be unable to add items to your cart. Please check your browser settings to ensure that it will accept cookies from www.stjohnsmusic.com.
For Internet Explorer users:
this problem will generally occur if your Privacy Settings (see Tools Menu > Internet Options > Privacy tab) are set to "High" or higher. Reducing your privacy settings should correct the problem.

How can I be sure my payment information is secure?
St. John's Music uses 128-bit secure encryption technology on all pages that request sensitive user information, including logins, passwords, address information and credit card details. This encryption is indicated by the small "lock" icon that appears in your browser in some places. For further information, see our Privacy Policy.
Our For Educators catalog is available only to K-12 music educators in Canada. If you are a K-12 music educator or are representing a school, you will need to create an account or login before browsing the catalog. For all other customers, please proceed to our Band Store.
Why is my country not listed on the registration page?
Currently, St. John's Music accepts orders from within Canada only.
